NATURALIZATION

This is the process by which people born outside the United States become citizens of the United
States. Applicants have to meet certain requirements including :
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have been a permanent resident for three or five years depending on the category you are applying under.
• Be able to read, write and speak basic English.
• Demonstrate good moral character.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of American history and government.
• Be willing to take the Oath of Allegiance.

CITIZENSHIP THROUGH PARENTS

The law determines how U.S Citizen Parents convey citizenship to children born outside of the United States. Generally children acquire citizenship through their U.S. citizen parents when they are born, or after birth but before they turn 18. Whether a child becomes a citizen at birth or after birth will depend on several factors including :

• Date of birth.
• Citizenship and marital status of the parents. 

• Whether the child was legally adopted.

• Parents’ physical presence and residence in the United States before the child was born.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

This is for refugees to get documents to be able to travel outside the United States, or for permanent residents to obtain reentry permits, and others to apply for advance parole.

WORK AUTHORIZATION

This is an application by an eligible alien to obtain permission to work in the United States.
Some aliens may be authorized to work in the United States because of their status, some nonimmigrant statuses may allow an alien to work for a specific employer and some immigration
categories may require an alien to apply for employment authorization.

ASYLUM AND WITHOLDING OF REMOVAL

An alien may apply for asylum if physically present in the United States. The application must be filed within a year from the date of arrival unless they are acceptable reasons for failing to
file within the year.

BRINGING FAMILY FROM ABROAD

Citizens and permanent residents may qualify to bring their loved ones to the United States.
The relative abroad may be a fiancé (e), a child or a spouse. Refugees also qualify to bring their loved ones even before they become permanent residents.

ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS TO PERMANENT RESIDENCE

There are several pathways to becoming a permanent resident of the United States, for example one can become a permanent resident through refugee or asylee status, a petition for an alien
relative can lead to a permanent residence status or a job offer could lead to a permanent residence status.

NON IMMIGRANT VISAS

These are visas for those wishing to come to the United States on a temporary basis for tourism , Bussiness , medical treatment , or certain types of temporary work. We are there to help you to understand the requirements and move on with the application. 

DIVERSITY LOTTERY/ GREEN CARD LOTTERY PROGRAM

This is a lottery program of the United States government for receiving a United States Permanent Resident Card. The program was established by an Act of 1990. There is a limited period of time , typically in October and November , during which foreigners can register for the program electronically. We help foreigners to find out if they qualify, to gather all their information and submit it in time , if the foreigner is selected we assist to complete the process and bring the spouse and minor children.
